The release of Back On Track marks the discovery of a modern blues master. Arthur Adams sings like an angel and plays guitar like a man possessed. Add his prolific songwriting talents and you've got a versatile powerhouse. Special guest B.B. King sings and plays on two songs especially co-written for him by Arthur and Will Jennings (whose credits include Grammy Awards and Oscars for his work on Titanic and An Officer And A Gentleman).

Starting in the '60s, Arthur has been a busy session guitarist on the L.A. music scene, working on numerous film and TV projects such as Bonnie and Clyde and The Bill Cosby Show. He's worked with the Jackson 5, Quincy Jones, B.B. King, and did a stint with the Jazz Crusaders.

With the release of Back On Track, Arthur Adams is ready to step out into the spotlight on his own. His music, propelled by his sweet singing and stinging guitar, ranges from stirring blues to soulful R&B, and this CD should put Arthur on the fast track to blues stardom.

"Now, with Back On Track, Arthur's debut album on Blind Pig Records; you can sit back or move”this cat has something for everybody! And B.B. even drops by for two of the tracks: Get You Next To Me, and The Long Haul. Adams wrote eight out of the eleven tracks for this outing, and my personal favorites (besides the B.B. King duets) are track #1: Back On Track, #3 Who Does She Think She Is, #10 Honda Betty, and #11 Backup Man. Take this one home and 'Shake Those Wicked Knees!' Highly recommended." - Dick Houff, Blues On Stage
